Searching for BM or Family Born 8-3-67 St. Louis MO

I was born on 8-3-1967 at Salvation Army Hospital in St. Louis MO and adopted out through the Children's Home society. I was not adopted until four months of age although the info from the Children's Home does not say that I was un-healthy. They don't explain the delay at all. My Adoptive mother tells me that she saw my birth mothers name typed on a form before it was blacked out and that it said Melanie Deana (or Deanna) Oswald.
