Hi Betsy. My name is Shellemarie. I am an adoptee with NO ADOPTION RECORD and a birth certificate that says I was born at Boulder City Hospital 1969. I am in contact with a woman in AZ who is also an adoptee with no adoption record who also has an birth certificate that says she was born at Boulder City Hospital 1963. We have the same physician certifying our birth over five years apart. I would like to know what physician certified your birth?
