We're back with the county after several months as an agency home, so I'm not sure what to expect with per diems anymore. Our agency always paid us on the 1st of every month like clockwork. It was great!We sent our invoice to KidTraks on Nov. 1st... any guesses how long it'll be before it's in the bank?

I sent mine in on Nov. 1st as well. For the past few months, I haven't received anything until the 17-19th of the month regardless of when I sent in the actual form.. I'm so frustrated with them since I've gotten it as early as the 10th before. UGH! I just keep chanting- one more month.. one more month.. lol

Same here, sent ours in on the first and nothing yet - but we have come to terms with not even anticipating it until around the 15th...I think there was only one month in the last year we got ours before the 15th.

I got one of mine today,however I had numbers for one kid at the 1st of the month and did not get the numbers for my other 2 kiddos until last week. Caseworker(s) is clueless about getting those out. So I mailed the one I had on the 1st and just mailed the other one last week. Anyway does anyone know if they will do 2 deposits or how that will work??
Sometimes i could just scream. I got an email saying the per diem would be deposited yesterday. It's not there. So I double-checked the email and discovered that they used old banking information, EVEN THOUGH I sent in NEW information over a month ago! Til it bounces back to the AoS and they fiddle-fart around with entering new information and get around to sending it to the RIGHT bank... it could be next month before we see payment from September.The lady I talked to said it takes a couple weeks to change over the info... I said "IT'S BEEN A MONTH!" Then suddenly her KidTrax program went down and she couldn't track anything, or even see that I sent in new vendor information.I. am. so. sick. of dealing with the state!!! Only the government can get away with late payments and lame excuses.The per diem payment didn't even include the travel voucher I filled out. Who knows when I'll get paid for any of that.GRRR.
Did you send in a vendor form with your checking/bank information?It's a haphazard system at best, but you can call or email them to find out the status. They may or may not know, but it's worth a try. :-) DCSPaymentResearchUnit@dcs.in.gov877-340-0309
