With question 8, some respondents may feel that their bparents influence them in a genetic way not necessarily just in a socialisation way. Btw I'm a fellow Aussie (I live about 80km north of your school). There is an article in today's Sunday Telegraph which you might find interesting if you are doing research into history of adoption.
