Looking for family/parents "Bray" Washington D.C 1958

Hello, I'm trying to help a friend find her birth parents. Female child born to Mr. & Mrs. Bray at Garfield Hospital, Washington, DC on 1/26/1958. Delivered by Dr. Watson. She was the seventh child of these parents. Her natural father was a painter. She was adopted at age 3 days. Thanks for any leads. Luke
