In Search Of Brother

Hello, I am searching for my Brother that was adopted to a family that Lived in Livingston Mt, He was born in Missoula, MT in Aug of 1989. I have been searching for a while. If anyone has any other suggestions on how to continue my search I would be greatful. I am finding that I am getting more frustrated as time goes by. Thanks again
