trying to help my aunt

my grandmother forced my aunt into putting her baby up for adoption many years ago... she decided against it after having him but because it was in the 70's they just took him away and told her to bad because she signed the papers at 7 months pregnant.... I just heard the story for the first time today christmas 2010.... I would like to help her find him.... we know his birth name date weight hospital he was born at and that it was through the san diego adoption agency.... how can i find out more info? It broke my heart today when she told me and said she would give anything to see him just once and tell him that she loves him so much... she hasn't been able to conceive any other kids since him and has always wanted to be a mom.... this just about killed me because i could never imagine being forced into giving up my child and then because i am so grateful my best friend was such a wonderful woman and allowed me and my husband to adopt her baby.... I couldn't imagine my daughter not knowing her birth family... any help would bee great thanks...
