Longer wait for contact with younger sister

Well, I thought I would have heard something by now. I called the adoption agency that is through the state an The agency is working on a special project. So I will have to wait a little longer. The letter wont be sent out until around the 25th of the month. I wonder is she even knows that I exist. If she does that will be great. If not, I hope the information she receives will not be a blow to her. I wonder if she is married , does she have any children and etc.
