Hello,
I also am an adoption worker for the State of NJ and saw your posting. Just wanted to let you know that in the State of NJ you need your MSW and then your license to do homestudies. Some domestic adoption agencies will allow homestudies to be done with just your MSW but an LSW is required for international homestudies.
