Got a call for a 5 year old

I'm sure this child was placed. I have been called on a number of occasions for older children or sibling groups that I couldn't keep long-term. So I offered for them to stay short-term until they found a more permanent placement. In each case, they called back and said they were able to find a placement. I'm sure that 5 year old is in a loving home now. We can only take what we can and if a placement isn't meant for us - then its meant for someone else.
