Bmom ISO daughter born 12/05/1981 in Los Angeles, CA

Thanks to you all, I used the online "California Birth Index" to find an e-record of my daughter's original birth info using my name. Now I wonder if one of the other 217 records that appear there might relate to her amended birth certificate. If so, since I know her Aparents' approx age and ancestry, I can sift thru each record to see if one might be hers, yet wonder if there is a better way to approach the search.

She was born in the city of Los Angeles, CA on 12/05/1981 and, apparently placed with her new family by the LA County folks about a month later. I signed a consent form, and joined a few registries about a decade ago and have been hoping to hear from her.

Any advice or help is most welcome. Thanks in advance!
