At Dekalb Medical Hospital. I'm searching for my birth mother and father. They grew up in the Decatur area I believe and went to either Shamrock High School or Decatur High School.
Any help would be appreciated. I still live in the Tucker/Lilburn area.

I have and did the $30 non-identifying information. Didn't really give me a whole lot. Hesitant to spend $300 for the identifying info not knowing how much more I really would get.

The $300 is not for them to give you identifying information, because they don't do that. It's for them to do a search and make initial contact, then ask if they are willing to have contact with you, either directly or through GARR acting as an intermediary. So yeah, it's far from guaranteed to yield any results you're happy with, but the way the law in GA is set up, that's the only way to go unless you can figure something out on your own without having any identifying info. Hopefully one of these days those laws will change, not just in GA but everywhere.
