I mean, it's got tons of ethical questions: moving the eMom, to Utah no less, agency restrictions (granted, the contact with the afamily sounds appropriate), etc.
Seems like it could be a real crazy thread - legit or not.
But when there's a perfect storm of ethical dilemmas it makes me wonder....

Yikes... If it's all legit I want to say run don't walk in the opposite direction!
Exactly! The whole Utah thing. Ugh!
As soon as I saw "Utah" the sirens went off for me.
Yikes indeed!
Granted, I don't know much about pre-brth matching, insurance, etc., but is that insurance part normal too?

Me too. It is the post that is showing all the way down the front page and that word just jumped out at me.
It all seems just the perfect 'set-up' with so many red flags. Or maybe I am just hoping that can't really be happening to some young girl. I will be curious when Crick can check the IP, etc.
I know people have all different insurance, but when I was pregnant, I wasnt allowed to be more that an hour from the hospital after a certain point (32 weeks??) or my insurance wouldn't have paid if I went into labor. Maybe it was just my insurance, but they definetly wouldn't have paid if I flew to Utah.
I feel badly too, because if this is a real girl dealing with this I hope someone answers her....
But I don't feel like being the sucker that buys into a troll either.
That's crazy about not being able to be farther than an hour from the hospital!
