ISO son 08/31/86 Colorado Springs, Colorado

I am a birth mom, searching for my son, whom I had no choice but to give up. He was born August 31, 1986. I was a month away from turning 18 and starting college, when I gave birth to him. I lived in Colorado Springs, CO. I have registered and signed a contact waiver at the Colorado State Registry. No adoption file has been found under my name nor a relinquishment document. The adoption seems to have been illegal. Any information would be much appreciated.
