My name is Ryan I was born on January 10th 1987 at Albany General Hospital, or so I'm led to believe. If someone from my biological family is looking at this, then I suppose you would see that I'm at least wondering if you're looking for me. I've heard that when adoptees are born sometimes their birth certificates are forgeries. I don't have the original, but I plan on applying for it soon.

I know it was a long time ago that I was given up for adoption. I want you to know that I'm thankful that you cared so much not to terminate my life, given whatever the circumstance. I want you to know that I was given a great home. My parents have cared for me as if I was their own flesh and blood.

I'm trying to think of what to say right now in hopes it won't be a deterrance for you to contact me. I think it would be kind of cool if I could meet someone. If you don't want to meet or acknowledge me because it would ruin the life you have now then I understand. We have separate lives and I can respect that. I just want you to know, that if you're interested, I'm not hateful or upset, just willing to give things a shot.

Hi Ryan! My name is Cassandra I live in Lake Oswego. My brother and his girlfriend had a baby and adopted it out. My brother didn't want to give the baby up but the mother at the time was insistent. I contacted her when I thought the baby boy they gave up would be close to 18 in 2004 and asked her and my brother if I could start the search. I posted on this Forum and had a couple responses but no leads. Today I thought I would start the search again. When my brothers baby was born her reported to me he saw a long lean baby boy with red hair. My mother was a red head. My brother Richard never has had children and he is married to a wonderful supportive wife. She too agreed to welcome the thought of finding his son. If you are him he would be so happy to know.
