Jessica in Big Bear, CA circa 1996 - 1998

Hi all, I'm trying to help a friend track down her former foster family. She was in 1st and 2nd grade (approximately - she doesn't remember precisely) with a family in Big Bear, CA. She's 22 years old now, so this would have been around 1996 to 1998 or so. She doesn't remember the names of the family she was with, but she was enrolled in elementary school and had a lot of dental work done while there. Her birth father came and took her away at the end of that time period. Her name is Jessica, and she also goes by Brynn. If there's anyone out there who can help us, it would be so appreciated!
