Family profile

Hi, we are trying to adopt through CAS and have been to the ARE in Toronto. We made our family profile booklet(dossier) but want to do a new one for this one coming up. Anybody have any suggestions? We had our last one spiral bound with a clear plastic cover. We included a letter to the birth mother but that doesn't really seem appropriate. Someone suggested making a video to show at the interviews but not sure how they had time at the ARE?? Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks
