Boy born 1941 - 1943 in Milwaukee

We are looking for our Caucasian male cousin. The birth mother's name is Carol Mae Burns. She gave birth and gave up the baby boy in a home for unwed mothers in Milwaukee sometime between 1941 and 1943. She was only 15 or 16. It was a private adoption and the files are closed. There are only 3 elderly siblings left of Carol Mae and we'd dearly love to connect him and his family with these precious people to share family history before it is too late.
