Adoptee looking for birth family born 12/31/1982

I was born in Sheboygay, Wi. I was given to my adopted parents with a baby blanket and a shell from the birth mother. I was also part of the Wisconsin baby lottery. That is how I ended up with the family that i did. Part of the agreement was that the birth mother want the adopted family to be moving out of state with in the first year.
