I married my husband 7 months ago and he loves my daughter and wants to adopt her. I have read many StepParent adoption forms;however, I was wondering if someone out here has the forms and procedure needed for a step parent adoption when the biological father has not been heard from or seen in 7 years. I would really appreciate any help that can be provided. I have been reading all of the wonderful good hearted people here that have been so helpful to one another and it makes my heart smile.... :thanks:
