loosing hope

:rolleyes: has anyone acctually recieved the cash refund for the tax credit? i'm starting to lose hope we ever will! ive submitted everything they have requested but somehow its not good enough??? idk what to do the issue were having is getting our social worker to get us a copy of the courd declaired special needs. our children have been adopted twice!!! once by my mother who passed (never used the credit) 7+yrs ago and by us 4 yrs ago. the only thing our social worker provided us with was a typed letter from her stating the children are special needs, ive even tried calling the lady who sends out our aap checks on the "notice of action" statements we used to get it stated specaial needs and the rate, and i have left her two messages within the last two weeks and it seems as if no one wants to cooperate!!! any suggestions on what else the irs will accept to give us our refund???? thank you!
