Fenugreek....dosage info

Once you start pumping, the recommended dosage is 3 capsules, 3 times/day. So you will take 9 (610mg) capsules a day. The blessed thistle dosage is the same but its (390 mg) per capsule for that. Good luck, Rach

Thank you Rach! Youve been so helpful with all your info. I ordered an Avent Isis pump today, and the fenugreek. My doctor will not write me a prescription for the Dom. I'm going to see how I do without it I guess.

Most doctors wont write the script. Just order it online. Its simple, but not quick. Takes up to 3 weeks to get it, but ive never had a problem with customs. Or you can try without too, i dont have any experience without it, only that when i decreased my dosage, my supply did decrease pretty significantly. Rach
