I am searching for Byung Goo Choi (male born approximately 1956) and Seon Ja Jang ( female born approx 1960). Their child was born with the birth name of Hyung Joon Choi on August 2, 1983 in Seoul Korea at the OK Maternity Home. He was fostered by the Eastern Child Welfare Society, Inc. The child was adopted by FCVN in Denver CO.
It is critically important that we learn about family of origin background. Any ideas on searching would be very much appreciated.
