Was there a birth anouncement in the paper? What paper?

I am helping a female adoptee try to locate her Bfamily. Her DOB, according to amended BC, is 7/4/65. Dates are often amended by a couple of days. She was adopted by a PA family near Williamsport. She has brown hair w/ reddish highlights and hazel eyes. She suffers from asthma. Please reply if you think she may be a possible match for you. Thanl you. Jeanna
