I have done a lot of research but can't seem to find an answer to this question...
Has anyone had experience or know if it is even possible to go thru County AND a private agency in order to foster-adopt? If so, is it better to apply with one or the other first?
Would greatly appreciate any experience/info in this area or where I may be able to find out?

Different counties and different agencies have different rules. Your best bet is to call your local agency and your county and ask them.

You can only possess one license from one source. Tho, it's my understanding, you may be able to be approved by more than one county if the licensing is done right. But, definitely you cannot do county and pvt agency.
