Searching for my 1/2 sister

Hi, everyone. I am searching for my 1/2 sister. She was born between the years of 1959 and 1961. I have very little to go on, except for she would have been born in or near Poughkeepsie, NY. We share the same biological mom. I was raised by my mom's mother and father; my mom's mom told me about my sister when I was about 12 years old. I Have been searching for quite some time, with no luck. Due to the records being sealed in NY state, and such a limited amount of information, I am unable to locate her, since I have no other information except approximate year of birth. I have no idea if she is even aware that she is adopted. I would very much like to know if she's ok, and what her life has been like. It has taken me this long to get my nerve up to even try to find her, since I don't want to disrupt her life. I would however, if she is willing, love to know her :flower:
