I heard a new one about a facilitator today. Evidently they placed a child with an adoptive family, knowing who the "unidentified" birthfather is (the husband of the birthmom), even after the birthfather requested a paternity test. Sigh....

We had two placements that ended when the fathers received custody. We waited a long time for our second child because we insisted that both parents sign off. I think it is unethical for an agency to place a child when both parents are not on board with the decision.
