My Best Friend has asked me to help her place her adopted daughter up for re-adoption. She adopted her three years ago along with her twin sister. She is eleven, turning twelve in January. Does anyone know the process involved in relinquishing your adopted child? She is completely healthy, blonde, blue eyed, thin. She has problems with trying to hurt animals. She also likes to bully kids at school. She is completely fluent in English. She is athletic. She has RAD. She has only bonded with her adoptive father. Any help would be appreciated as to how to do this smoothly! Thanks!
I will send a pm to you. This seems to be fairly common with children adopted from the Ukraine. (sigh)
Sincerely,
Linny
