searching for male born in the late 60's near or around wheeling

I am trying to help a close friend find his long lost brother. (I'm actually trying to do it as a surprise). The only information I have is that I am looking for a male born in the mid to late 1960s. He would have been born around the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Des Plaines, Wheeling, Evanston, North Chicago, Streamwood, etc. Birth mother's last name is Jensen.
