Thoughts and experiences with Lil Snee and Loretta Cooper

My wife and I have been on the waiting list at one of the larger agencies for abt a yr now and are thinking abt expanding our net. We have come across Loretta Cooper and Lil Snee and would like to get some peoples impressions abt working with these ladies. Every time we get information from them it seems that they have a situation that could work for us. This really makes me hesitant and wonder how much is reality and how much is salesmanship.
