Attorney Ad Litem?

I am currently awaiting the call back from the ad litem assigned to our case. The biodad of my 3 yr old has not seen her sperm doner for almost 3 years now(in october) and so i dont know where he is and the ad litem is supposed to look for him. I was assigned Julie Ketterman but the office said they would call me back and didn't tell her fees. Has anyone else paid for an ad litem for this kind of case and if so about how much can I expect to pay? We are doing this all pro-se and have been successful so far just praying it all goes as planned!:wings: any information would be greatly appreciated and helpful THANKS!!!
