I am looking for my birth mother or any of her family members

I am looking for my biological mom. At the time of my birth on July 24, 1960, her name was Christel Hildegard Lukat and she lived in Neu-Ulm, Ludwigstrasse 8, Germany. She was not married. My adoptive mother told me my biological mom had other children but I do not know their names or if they were brothers or sisters or both. I was adopted by a military family through the Lower Court of Ulm. Any help as to how I can find her, my dad, or any siblings I might have would be fantastic.
