Twin boys adopted seperatly perhaps born in 41 or so

I am in search of my fathers twin brother. (my uncle) I believe they were born in 1941 or somewhere around there. My only information and not sure it is correct is that his birth last name was Foster. He lives in GA and I beleive he and his brother were born in GA and adopted there. I am searching for his twin.
