So they think they can get away with ignoring my little warning by complimenting my daughter? Hmm, it's too early for this stuff. I did try to head this off. Background for the rest of you. There are only four agencies that even work in Poland. Two are church based (one Catholic and one Lutheran) which have very small programs. Outside of them there are really only two. Both are bigger. St. Mary's is the one they are talking about and Huminski's is the other. St. Mary's is more expensive, but lately has been getting better results. (based on my experience, they may not have been completely above board in how they got those results, thus the suspension). The thing is, unlike Huminski's, St. mary's returns phone calls and e-mails and is very friendly. So many people are likely to panic as there are just not many agencies to choose from. The two are also bitter competitors and fill their clients heads with stories about the other. Plus St. Mary's requires a substantial amount of money up front. Anyway, it's still agency discussion, but thought I would throw that information out there as it may help explain why some of the people are so passionate and worried.

So, she is reporting us to - well, us? It's Crick's post she reported, so do we get to ban Crick for um, well, sorry Crick you didn't break any rules so we can't give you a vacation. I totally get that these people are probably in a panic because they gave the agency a huge chunk of money and the other agency won't guarantee them a young healthy child (because there are no healthy babies available for foreigners to adopt in Poland, the Polish people adopt them all and they get first choice) But shoot, I explained and even linked them to the rules and crick explained. Not very bright are they?

What part of "their little issue" and feedback regarding the actual agency & its employee is not clear to the lil' peanutty as agency discussion?? And of course they don't get that I gave them as much leeway as possible on this BECAUSE I want them to have the information and support that aspect of things. Nope, I'm just evil for closing it now after going out of my way in the first place to allow what we could, deleting & editing things that didn't follow, reminding them, & they also had Rainey's direct link. What did they want? A cherry on top too? Hmph.

I am wondering just who she thought she was reporting you to? I says administrator at the top under your name and again in your sig. I very clearly said the rules were not up for debate and then you said it again. This is not a democracy and we are not bound by Hague rules! We are not an adoption agency. I do wonder who she thought that report went to. LOL I think you should tell her you got the report and you flogged yourself but decided that the closed thread would stay closed, LOL.
