Iso birth mom

I was born june 14, 1978 and my birth mom was 16. I was born at Mercy Hosp in Buffalo ny. I left the hosp a few days after I was born and went to a foster home where a year later I was adopted by my foster mom and dad. There names are David and Nancy Campbell. They had a son named Joseph Campbell who I grew up with. I do not know my birth moms name, but need to find her because I need medical info I have been sick. Please could someone help me find her?
