My name is Allison Carlino. It says on my birth certificate that I was born at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, OH on March, 25 1983. I was brought back to NY to live with my adopted parents shortly after. When i had to order a new birth certificate, there was some information that wasnt correct to my adopted parents, so my last birth mother's last name might have been Taylor at my time of birth, and she might have been 27. Everything else on the certificate was correct expect those 2 details. i made a copy of it, but then i had to send it back to get correct one. My adopted parents names were Vincent and Josephine Carlino. My adopted parents passed away when i was very young (mother when i was 4 of cancer and father when i was 8 of diabetes) and i have basically been on my own ever since. I would really love to find my birth family. I am a mother now, and i am finding how important family is now. And its a piece of me i would like to find out. Thanks for your time and reading. What a cute son you have Allison :). There are search angels on here that may be able to help you - I think if you search this particular forum, you should find an appropriate thread for NY search angels. Have you got your non-identifying ID giving you a description of your bparents. Btw (((hugs))) re your adoptive parents passing away when you were so young - I hope you have had some special people in your life over the years.

Btw just a suggestion - it is not always a good idea to have phone numbers on this forum as it is a public forum read by many more people than actually contribute to it. It might be worth asking the admins what they think.

Thank you so much for your words of encouragement. I need an Ohio search angel, since that is where i was born and that is were my adoption and records are. i am about to get my non id info soon. but so far i have found a birth record of me born on my date to a woman with maiden name taylor. so i am having some hope. and i am also prepared for the worst. i have been through worse in my life. i have had many people, good and bad, through the years. but still have many people that are still in my life that are very encouraging in my search. even tho my phone is on there, is is a pre paid cell, no info can be found by the number, and i can just not answer phone calls. LOL.
