contacted by possible birth son

I was contacted by a young man who answered my search for my kids. His name is different then the one he had when he was born. I ask him questions like how old he was when adopted. What hospital he was born in and what time he was born. I dont get any answers to my questions. So My question is how else can I make sure he is the person he has said he is? Can it be a scam? I had 3 kids put up for adoption My yougest contacted me last year he had docs from the court and photos of him and his siblings from the time they were in foster care. We are a family now are reunion has gone well. I just became a grandma last week to a beautiful grand daughter. Can any one give me advice on what to do? I had a son born 6/26/1987 and a daughter born 9/20/1988 I have been looking for them for years.

I think you could get a DNA test and find out if this man who thinks he is your son truly is. But please be careful. He may be a scammer or someone just intent on finding his natural family. Be safe, but also consider his feelings. Hope this helps.
