This made me giggle, and I thought other people would also appreciate it.

In case the link doesn't work, the text reads "The Chinese Restaurant Assoc. of the United States would like to extend our thanks to The Jewish People. We do not completely understand your dietary customs... But we are proud and grateful that your GOD insists you eat our food on Christmas."
Happy Hanukkah, everyone!
So funny! When DH and I lived near Atlantic City ( pre kids, lol) it was our tradition to hit the casinos and then our favorite Chinese restaurant on Christmas. It was the only day of the year that both were empty, LOL.
As one half of a mixed faith (Jewish - me, Christian -DH)marriage, I have to confess that I hate when Hanukkah and Christmas overlap. It just seems so much more stressful for me, and both holidays seem to get lost in the competition of gifts expected on both.
Happy Hanukkah to you too!
