there are so many hair product threads here I know...just wanted to add one more.
I'll be starting to find out what works best for L instead of being lazy and just using the leave in conditioner that worked for her as a baby, but her hair is growing out now and her curls frizz up something bad after a while
so any suggestions? my DD is biracial and had fine hair...curly and thicker/coarser hair in the back.
Any advice, recommendations welcome....obviously I will need to find out what works well for L by trial and error but would love some starting products to try. Thank you :cheer:
Naturallycurly.com has some great ideas. Also, make sure you're using a shampoo that is sulfate free --sulfate is very harsh on curly hair. I use Burt's Bees products.

I think it depends on how much control she needs.
We have a spritz or spray to keep it nice from day to day -olive oil/water in a spray bottle, leave in conditioner from Carol's Daughter.
To give the curls some definition and moisture we usually go with hair milk.
In the winter with the heaters on I find that I need to take it to the next level which usually means something with "butter " in the name - loc butter, healthy hair butter.
I would start at the spritzy end and work my way up until I found the right level.
Target has a bunch of new good lines. I do try to stay natural.
My only other suggestion is using humectress conditioner - It is not the solution for my baby, but I have hear a lot of curly hair recommendations for it.
