Dear General Assembly Member,
I would first like to give praise to Indiana Senator John Broden for caring about Indiana's Abused & Neglected Special Needs Children! I want to personally thank every legislator that will help to get this SB 348 Passed! I am so thankful that as you become aware of this CRISIS situation of these abused & neglected Special Needs children WAITING TO GET ADOPTED and those adopted after 2009, you are likely to choose to show compassion for these children, just like 48 other United States are currently doing for these children.
My faith and belief in you supporting and passing this bill allows me to Thank You now, for keeping these promises to these children. You may have not been aware that $104 million had been returned to the General Fund FROM Children's Services when these children needed that support. I am sure that you are well aware of the $320 million that has been discovered in the EBT Sales Tax Payments, therefore displaying, that as stated in the Indiana State Adoption Subsidy Waiting List CONTRACTS (Promises made), there has been and is currently, adequate funding to fund the Indiana State Adoption Subsidy Waiting List.
It will only take $14 million, of the $320 million available, to help 1,000 Special Needs Children for 2 years! We all want these children to have a positive future in Indiana and not end up becoming burdens to our society. Please Help them to have a Forever Family!

"I've just never learned HOW TO COPY & PASTE things, but I've always WANTED to!"
HOW TO COPY:
1. Point your mouse at the beginning (or the end) of the text you want to copy.
2. Keep 'left click' held down on the mouse held as you move mouse & see the text become high-lighted.
3. Reach the end of text you are copying & release the clicker.
4. Do Not click as you just rest the pointer over the high-lighted area Then on Right side of mouse, Right click.
5. See 'Copy', choose it by Left click.
HOW TO PASTE IT:
1. Go to the location where you want to paste and left click, so that your cursor is blinking in that area.
2. Point to that area and Right Click, you will see the word 'Paste' come up, Left click it. You Did it! :)
