hello,
If anyone knows of someone who could translate about 4 or 5 Polish medical documents I would greatly appreciate it. Also let me know what the cost would be. I would need them for my daughters cardiology appt next month.
If you need Polish translations I can help. I'm native Polish speaker and run Polish translation company.
Total cost of translation will vary but for 4-5 pages will be around 70-100 USD.

Do you live anywhere near a state university that offers Polish classes? If so, you could look on their website for a phone number for the proper department and call. Professors or student teaching assistants might be willing to translate the documents for you. I'm sure the students would love to earn some extra money.
Quick question, our agency has been having all of the medical translated for us. Does your agency not do that for you? At minimum they might be able to point you in the right direction to an interpreter. If they have done Polish adoptions before they surely have had the need for interpretation in the past.
Good luck! And let me know what you find, we may need something translated or re-translated down the line.
Yes, most of the stuff was translated in POland but there were some things the facilitator said she would translate before we left to come back and did not get to so I recevied those at a later date, untranslated. Our agency has not yet gotten back to me about a translator and I'm running out of time since I really need this info for an appt. I like your idea of contacting a university with a Polish dept. I will try that.
Thanks so much
If you are still interested, please give me your email. I do Polish translations and would be happy to help (although it seems as if you might not need them anymore?). Take care!
