I was born in Madison, WI on 1/9/1968. I was given up for adoption at birth, but was in the hospital for about three months before my new parents adopted me because I had a cold. They named me Patty at the hospital, but my adopted parents named me Terri Ann.
The only thing I know about my birth mother is that she was a college student that was not able to take care of me. I have no knowledge who the father is, nor do I know whether I have any birth siblings out there.
Besides not having any medical history, I would love to know if my birth parents are still alive, and would love to be reconnected, only on a mutual basis. I would also love to meet a birth sibling, if I have any.
