The race card

I didn't want to derail another thread, so I'm adding this separately I was fortunate to head Michelle Norris speak last week One of her current activities involved "the race card project" [url]http://theracecardproject.com/[/url] She challenged people to share their thoughts or experiences about race and identity is just six words The collection is fascinating! Since we seem to have a hard time talking about race without becoming defensive.. or insincere, it seems this is a place where people are able to explain what they are honestly feeling. The 6 words are often followed by a longer, personal story on race.
