Hi everyone,
Sorry for another topic, I thought it might be easier to get PMs for my own thread than possibly get lost in a later post on another.
My DH and I are pretty set on a DRC adoption and are leaving toward MLJ right now. I would appreciate andy feedback on MLJ or DRC adoptions in general.
We're leaning that way particularly since they have the longest standing program (from what I can tell) and they place the children in foster care directly after referral.
We appreciate any info you may have!!!

it's been a long road to deciding what adoption was right for us...then what country...then what agency. MLJ wasn't our first choice, we had chosen Ethiopia first and picked another agency and the caseworker immediately told us they weren't placing families in the Ethiopia program but we should look into Russia. Wouldn't listen to my heart, wouldn't listen to our story, left me in tears.
That night, I looked up africa adoptions, found MLJ quite by accident, spoke with Sonja who handles Congo adoptions, and have been to many seminars already. I love all their staff, as does my husband. They are so helpful and honest and although I don't have much experience with other agencies, I feel 100% sure in our decision.
