Non-ID

Hi Adoptees, I am presenting at the Let's Talk Adoption Conference, November 3, 2012 at Rutger's University in NJ. My presentation is "No History, No Problems; New History, New Problems" This is going to be a discussion about adoptee and identity development as it relates to what Non-ID they did or didn't get. I had almost nothing before I was reunited and there were a few things that changed how my doctor cares for me, so that's where my interest came from. So I've been asking around for people to share some "non-id" with me. I won't be using any names or details of anyone in particular but I was trying to survey what types of information adoptees were receiving, if they got anything at all. If you don't mind would you share with me if you got non-id, did it include medical information for you? Did you get any non-id at all? Did you get inaccurate non-id?
