because it was just plain nasty. Is it possible she is a reincarnation of one of our recently banned members?

Definitely sounds like a reincarnation due to how "educated" they were. The "blank slate" was quite the tip off there too.
I banned her regardless. That type of nastiness is just not going to get a 2nd chance.
