My son is 5 and my husband would like to adopt him before the school year start so that he will have his last name. He has only known my husband wince he was 18 months old. The biological dad is nowhere to be found. I am sure that I can get his parental rights terminated. My question is how do I go about doing that? I have the adoption forms but no idea how to terminate the parental rights. Anyone who can help me please do.
