"The Danger of a Single Story" and How to Avoid Stereotypes

I recently heard a really, really good talk on TEDglobal by a Nigerian woman who talked about how many times kids only hear one story about a certain race/culture, and how this can be so dangerous. She speaks about Nigeria and Africa in particular, but really the lessons can be transferred to any culture.
