Ive been trying to locate my birth mother for 3 years but have had no luck. Im going through a hard time right now with my husband being deployed and would love to locate some blood relatives. Im also a mom now and i know my birth mother chose adoption out of love. I have almost no information but here is what i know...
I was born in Indiana on May 14th, 1990. I believe the name of the town is Michigan City. I hae been told my birth mother was between 18 and 21 years old. I think her last name is Wright and she might have named me Michelle according to my foster parents. I was told that she had given me up then changed her mind but after a few days she realized adoption was best. I believe i was adopted through Catholic Charities. I had a blanket when i was little and my parents said that my birth mother left it for me when she put me up for adoption.
I have known all my life thati was adopted. I grew up with an awesome big brother, loving parents and a wonderful family. I just feel like theres something missing. I am fotunate to have the support for my parents and my brother who is also adopted and is beginning his search as well.
