Crick - Have you noticed her posts? She is really pushing Ukraine and her knowledge and experience. Makes me wonder if she is profiting from her referring people to her facilitator or she is running her own business or something. I haven't really looked into it but she just keeps popping up.

I think your instincts are spot on here Debbie. She sounds, to me as if she is getting a kick-back from her facilitator for referrals that lead to people signing up with the same facilitator.
I skimmed several of her posts and, without fail, every single one of them talked about how easy it was for her to adopt from Ukraine, how wonderful her facilitator was, and to PM her if you want info about her facilitator.

Sorry, I meant to reply after I deleted her one thread as she doesn't need more than that.
The issue is we don't care if someone post about their experience and offers agency recommendations. Now if the agency is paying them or getting them to do that, then of course that would be different.
With facilitators, they don't get that much money so not sure how a client would really benefit from referring them. How to prove that, I don't really know. I doubt she'd be honest if I ask her what she gets out of it. It comes down to is she an employee or not really because we do allow for agency/facilitator recommendations.
